Santo Resort is a development project for the construction of an integrated 5-star luxury mixed-use resort. The investment covers a total area of approximately 560,000 m² and is zoned for tourism purposes. The planning and development of the resort will be in accordance with EU standards and will respect the environment while maintaining a typical Mediterranean architecture. The aim is to create a place where guests can enjoy large open spaces, far away from the stress of modern life.

Part of the investment relates to on-site hotel facilities, which are operated through management contracts with international companies. These include spas, sports areas, docks, moorings, beach facilities, restaurants and a swimming area. The remaining investment relates to residential and condominium units such as villas and apartments, which are managed directly by the management.
